My poor, poor naked nails! I've been so busy with my crocheting (and other mundanities like sleeping and housekeeping) that they've been utterly neglected of late. The itch finally overtook me again, though, and I did this simple but pretty mani.
Of course, I had to offer you photographic evidence! It's nothing fancy, but it sure did feel nice. So nice, in fact, that I painted them again later in the week!
I had plans for some more flowers, but I ran out of naptime, so they remained solid yellow. But isn't it such a fabulously happy yellow!? It's called Chick Me Out by KBShimmer. It was a great excuse to wear my favorite chunky flower ring, though!
Both manicures began with Seche Clear Crystal Clear Base Coat and ended with a nice thick layer of Seche Vive Instant Gel Effect Top Coat. The greens were KBShimmer's A Touch of Glass and Julep's Dominique. I used a dotting tool for the flowers with Gold is Bold by Mary Kay, which is also painted on my pinky finger. It's probably one of my favorite golds - I'll be sad when I use it all up because it was a limited edition polish!
